Mindfulness combines cognitive behavioural techniques with mindfulness methods such as meditation and relaxation to help you better understand and manage your thoughts and emotions. Mindfulness helps you to relax the body and mind, focusing on the present moment to achieve relief from feelings of being overwhelmed and distress by creating a feeling of inner calm.
