Hypnotherapy 

Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool for personal growth and healing. In a safe and supportive environment, I employ evidence-based techniques that integrate deep relaxation, guided imagery, and positive suggestions. In my practice, I offer various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness. Each method is designed to support your mental health journey. HypnoMenopause® 

Menopause can be a challenging time, marked by various physical and emotional symptoms. The transition, known as perimenopause, can last several years and often includes hot flushes, fatigue, and sleep disruptions. At Waterlily Therapy, I offer the HypnoMenopause® Approach to assist you during this period.

I created Waterlily Therapy Ltd to be a space for positive transformation.  As a fully qualified and licensed Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, Integrative Psychotherapist, HypnoMenopause® Practitioner, Somasense® Practitioner and a Health & Wellness Coach, I specialise in helping you navigate life's deeper waters—from the challenges of anxiety and stress, or the struggles of childhood trauma, to the transitions of Menopause. 

My work is guided by the philosophy of the Waterlily: the belief that we all have the strength to rise from the depths of life's shadows and rise to the surface and bloom. Driven by both professional clinical excellence and my own personal journey of overcoming anxiety, I am dedicated to helping you move through your own challenging life Chapters to reach The Surface."
